About Me


I've always followed a natural path for health and wellbeing.  I practice yoga and meditation, have studied homeopathy, and have followed holistic practices for my own health and that of my family and friends. 

Like most of us, this path has had its detours (plenty of them!), but each one has led me to a greater understanding of myself and what is right for me. 

Modern life, with all its stresses, can often leave us doubting our own mind when we feel unwell or under pressure. 

I have found that trusting my own intuition has allowed me to overcome these pressures, regain my sense of self, and restore a healthy balance. 

I have always been passionate about working with people to increase their sense of fulfilment and wellbeing. 

My goal is to help you to create a sense of wellbeing within you (which is so much more than just the absence of illness).  Reiki is a powerful tool that can aid physical and mental health, restore our equilibrium, and return us to a sense of peace.
